Paul Dainty Chairman and CEO of Dainty Consolidated Entertainment. Appointed 10 August 2005 for three years.

Sandra Gross Director of Yoram Gross Films Pty Ltd and Yoram Gross Productions Pty Ltd Appointed 18 October 2005 for three years.

Anthony David Buckley, AM Anthony Buckley resigned from the FFC board on 1 May 2007. He was a board member from 1 April 2003.
