The Chief Executive, Brian Rosen, oversees the five departments that make up the FFC:

Chief Commercial Officer
Ross Pearson is the second in charge (2IC) to Brian Rosen and is responsible for the corporate management of the FFC including finance, accounting, human resources, information technology, the annual report and administration.

Feature Film Evaluation Managers
The Feature Film Evaluation Managers are responsible for providing advice to filmmakers on all aspects of their proposals in accordance with FFC investment guidelines and prepare and submit film proposals to the Board.
The Feature Film Evaluation Managers report directly to the Chief Executive who has the overall responsibility for the co-ordination of the FFC's investment portfolio.

Investment Managers
The Investment Managers are your first port of call for discussions about proposed feature films, television dramas and documentaries.
The FFC has four Investment Managers - three based in Sydney and one in Melbourne. They work closely with producers on their funding applications, negotiating investment structures and, if required, assisting producers in formulating deals (eg broadcaster/distributor negotiations) and in production planning.

Project Managers
The Project Managers provide advice to the Investment Managers on project budgets and monitor progress on all productions where the FFC is an investor.

Business Affairs Manager

As Business Affairs Manager, Dr Keith Lupton heads the FFC's legal team. He is responsible for the overall management of all FFC transactions once the Board has approved funding for a project.
Keith's legal team works with the Investment Managers to contract projects as speedily and smoothly as possible. The process starts with a letter of approval of FFC investment and concludes with the execution of our Production and Investment Agreement (PIA), which leads to cashflow of FFC funds.

Legal Managers
Madeleine Enfield, Rebecca Hardman, Mark Broomhead (Melbourne) and Amy Carr are the Legal Managers assisting Keith. They are responsible for drafting PIAs and reviewing distribution and rights agreements.
Business Affairs Co-ordinator
Helen Canham's responsibilities include executing completion guarantee agreements, managing the drawdown of FFC funds, and drafting any variations to PIAs.
Recoupment Manager
Doris Petrevcic manages the team which tracks and collects returns from FFC projects. Doris also advises the FFC and producers on the recoupment potential of projects applying to the FFC for funding. She is based in Melbourne.

Recoupment Analysts
The FFC's Recoupment Analysts are Susie Gates, Liz Newman, Bernadette Rheinberger, and Georgia Britton, and are all based in Sydney. They also track the returns to which the FFC is entitled from its projects in the world market. They ensure that producers and distributors provide marketing reports and distribution statements to the FFC.
Policy Manager - Vacant
The Policy Manager oversees the communication of information on the FFC and the film industry. The Policy Manager is responsible for the corporate plan, the Investment Guidelines and FFC submissions on industry issues. The Policy Manager manages the FFC's website, media releases and e-newsletter.
Policy and PR Coordinator
Karolina Lipiec is the liaison officer for: production and maintenance of FFC publications, including the website and e-newsletter; advertising; sponsorship and events.
